Bookings & Cancellations

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (early check-in/late check-out subject to availability).
Payment & Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due to be paid at arrival
- After confirmation: Cancellations made after the reservation is confirmed will incur a 50% charge of the total villa cost.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total villa cost.
- No-show or early departure: No refunds will be provided.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas, only in outdoor areas.
Parties & Noise: To respect all guests, we kindly ask to avoid loud music or parties.
Children: Children are very welcome, but parents/guardians are fully responsible for their safety, especially around the pool areas.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Facilities: The sauna and ice bath are complimentary for in-house guests. The padel court can be booked separately (discount for in-house guests), with rackets available for rent.
