The focal point of the 4.5 hectare property is the community center at the top of the hill. It includes the restaurant with gastro kitchen, the pool and a community terrace with chill-out lounge and fire pit.

The bungalow resort, which is specially designed for camps and larger groups, is located directly below the community center. For families, the planned playgroup and the playground are not far away.

The SABA area is surrounded by private properties, either in their natural state or developed with modern villas with island flair.

Training and seminar rooms, vegetable gardens and rice fields are settled in the flat land.
